Broadly speaking, there are two types of work visa or permit.

عموما هناك نوعين من فيزا العمل أو رخصة العمل في نيوزيلندا

(Visas are issued overseas and convert to permits in New Zealand.)

يتم إصدار الفيزا في الخارج تم تتحول فيما بعد إلى رخصة عمل في نيو زيلندا

First there is the Work To Residence Visa and second there is the General Work Visa. We look at both, starting with work to residence.

أولا هناك فيزا تسمى ب Work To Residence Visa , ثانيا هناك فيزا تسمى General Work Visa , سوف ننظر ونشرح هاتين التأشيرتين.

Work To Residence (WTR)

The most desirable work visa is the Work to Residence Visa.

النوع الذي يرغب فيه الناس أكثر هو Work To Residence (WTR)

If you can get one, qualifying for permanent residence is straightforward. All you need to do is work in NZ for two years.

إذا ما أردت الحصول على هذه التأشيرة لكي تتمكن من الاستقرار الدائم في نيوزيلندا فكل ما عليك القيام به هو أن تعلم في نيوزيلندا لمدة سنتين.

There are three main ways for job-seekers to obtain WTR

هناك ثلاث طرق رئيسية لكي يحصل الباحثون عن العمل على فيزا العمل والاستقرار في نيوزيلندا.

وهي:

• WR1 Talent (Accredited Employers)
• WR2 Talent (Arts, Culture and Sports)
• WR3 Long Term Skill Shortage List.

All allow you to work in New Zealand for 30 months. They are multiple entry visas so you may enter and leave New Zealand as often as you wish.

هذه  التأشيرات كلها تسمح لك بالعمل في نيوزيلندا لمدة 30 شهرا, وهي تعتبر تأشيرات الدخول المتعددة ما يعني أنك تستطيع الدخول والخروج من نيوزيلندا كلما أردت ذلك.

The two talent visas are similar.

For most people interested in moving to New Zealand, the WR1 - accredited employer route - will be more useful. 

تعتبر تأشيرة the WR1 - accredited employer route  الأكثر نفعا للأشخاص الذين يرغبون في السفر إلى نيوزيلندا

For both types of talent visa you must be aged 55 years or younger

 ولكي تحصل على كلا النوعين من الفيزا يجب أن تبلغ من العمر 55 أو أقل

meet the requirements for health and character

وأن تفي بالمتطلبات التي تتعلق بالصحة والشخصية

and have found an employer (WR1) or organization of national repute (WR2) that wishes to make use of your talents in New Zealand

وأن تتمكن من العثور على مشغل أو مؤسسة ذو شهرة وطنية والتي ترغب في أن تشغلك وتستفيد من مواهبك في نيوزيلندا

Additionally, for WR2 Talent (Arts, Culture and Sports) you need to have exceptional talent in your field

بالإضافة إلى ذلك, لكي تحصل على تأشيرة WR2 Talent (Arts, Culture and Sports) يجب أن تكون ذو خبرة وموهبة استثنائية في مجالك

be prominent in your field, be sponsored by a New Zealand organization of national repute

and satisfy the immigration service that your presence in New Zealand will enhance the quality of New Zealand's accomplishments in your field.

Almost three hundred and fifty New Zealand employers have gained accreditation to offer jobs qualifying for WR1 Talent Visas. 

تقريبا ثلاثة مائة مشغل في نيوزيلندا قد حصلوا على التفويض لتقديم عروض عمل مؤهلة للحصول على تأشيرة المواهب WR1 Talent Visas

Talent visa jobs must be for at least two years duration, for at least 30 hours per week, in the employer's main business activity

تأشيرة وظائف من نوع  Talent visa jobs يجب أن تكون على الأقل لمدة سنتين, للعمل 30 ساعة على الأقل كل أسبوع في مجال عمل المشغل الرئيسي

and offer a minimum annual salary of $55,000 (if you work more than 40 hours per week, the salary must be calculated at 40 hours). 

وأن تقدم الوظيفة على الأقل أجرا يعادل 55.000 دولار,(إذا ما كنت تعلم لمعدة أكثر من 40 ساعة في الأسبوع, يجب أن يتم حساب المرتب حسب 40 ساعة في الأسبوع)

Getting a Work Visa for Long Term Skill Shortage List (LTSSL)

الحصول على فيزا العمل لذوي المهارات الغير متوفرة في نيوزيلندا

If you are fortunate enough to find your skills on the Long Term Skill Shortage List you will qualify for permanent residence in New Zealand after you have worked here for two years. 

إذا ما كنت محظوظا كفاية كي تجد بأنك مهاراتك ومؤهلاتك توجد بلائحة Long Term Skill Shortage List فسوف تكون مؤهلا للحصول على إقامة دائمة في نيوزيلندا بعد

العمل فيها لمدة سنتين.

You have to meet the same requirements for health and character as WR1 and WR2 and should be under 53 years old when you apply for the work visa

يجب أن توافي نفس متطلبات الصحية والسلوكية المطلوبة في تأشيرتي WR1 and WR2 وان تكون اقل من 53 سنة عندما تقوم بطلب الحصول على تأشيرة عمل في نيوزيلندا

as you need to be less than 56 years old to be eligible for residence after two years

لأنك ستكون ملزما بأن لا تتجاوز سن 56 عندما تكون مؤهلا للإقامة في نيوزيلندا بعد سنتين

The NZIS has to be satisfied that your training or experience qualifies you for the job you have been offered.

يجب أن تكون مصلحة الهجرة النيوزيلندية مقتنعة بأنك خبرتك وتدريبك يؤهلانك للوظيفة التي عرضت عليك في نيوزيلندا

The current Long Term Skill Shortage List consists mainly of general, medical and IT skills

General Work Visas

تأشيرة العمل العامة

If you cannot secure work with an accredited employer, or if your skills are not on the Long Term Skill Shortage List, you may be able to get a General Work Visa for New Zealand.

إذا لم يكن بإمكانك أن تحصل على مشغل مصادق أو أن مهاراتك ليست على لائحة Long Term Skill Shortage List, فقد تتمكن من الحصول على تأشيرة العمل

العامة في نيوزيلندا

This is a slightly less prized visa than a WTR visa because it does not lead automatically to permanent residence.

هذه التأشيرة أقل امتيازا من تأشيرة WTR لأنها لا تقود أوتوماتيكيا للإقامة الدائمة في نيوزلندا

To secure a general work visa you need a job-offer.

لكي تحصل على تأشيرة العمل العامة عليك أن تحصل على عرض عمل

There is no age limit on general work visas. This may sound attractive if you are older and wish to settle in New Zealand.

لا يوجد هناك حد عمري للحصول على تأشيرة عمل العامة. قد يبدوا هذا أمرا رائعا إن كنت أكبر وتريد أن تستقر في نيوزلندا.

You need to remember, however, that General Work Visas do not lead to residence.

لكن من المهم أن تتذكر على الرغم من ذلك بأن تأشيرة العمل العامة لا تقود للإقامة في نيوزلندا

So, if you intend applying for residence, you will need to do this under the Skilled Migrant Category and this is age limited. You must be less than 56 years old to qualify.

General work visas are granted for a maximum of three years. Further work permits will be issued as required, provided employment is still available.

تأشيرة العمل العامة تمنح لحد أقصى لمدة ثلاث سنوات, ولكي يكون مرخصا لك العمل لمدة أكثر في نيوزلندا يجب أن تحصل على رخصة عمل إضافية شرط أن تكون هناك وظيفة متاحة.

There are special five year visas which are issued if your New Zealand job is classified as skill level on the ANZSCO and your salary is at least $55,000

هناك تأشيرة عمل خاصة مدتها خمس سنوات يتم إصدارها عن كانت وظيفتك تصنف في مستوى المهارة المطلوب في ANZSCO وان يكون راتبك على الأقل 55.000 دولار

The most convenient job you can be offered in order to obtain a General Work Visa is one on the Immediate Skill Shortage List - the ISSL

الوظيفة الأكثر ملائمة التي يمكن أن تعرض عليك من أجل الحصول على تأشيرة العمل العامة هي إحدى الوظائف التي تصنف ضمن Immediate Skill Shortage List

This is because, for most jobs, if a non-accredited employer wants to offer a job to someone from overseas, they first need to prove they've tried and failed to find a suitable New Zealander for the job. This is called a labor market test

لأن المشغلين الغير مؤهلين لمنح عروض عمل إذا ما أرادوا الحصول على شخص من الخارج للعمل لديهم, يجب أن يقوموا أولا بإثبات أنهم حاولوا الحصول على العمال في نيوزلندا وفشلوا في إيجاد عمال ملائمين. ويسمى هذا ب اختبار سوق العمل.

BUT, if the job is on the ISSL (or LTSSL), employers don't need to prove this

لكن الوظيفة إن كانت مصنفة ضمن ISSL أو LTSSL فهم ليسوا ملزمين بأي إثبات

The difference between the ISSL and the LTSSL is that LTSSL jobs are in areas of ongoing skills-shortages. 

                               الفرق بين ISSL و LTSSL هو أن الوظائف المصنفة ضمن LTSSL تعتبر وظائف ذات نقص دائم من حيث اليد العاملة المؤهلة                                                                                                                          

Jobs on the ISSL are those in which the skills-shortages are supposed to be temporary. Temporary, however, can still mean a number of years.

أما الوظائف المصنفة ضمن ISSL فيهي تعني الوظائف التي تحتوي على نقص مؤقت من حيث اليد العاملة المؤهلة, لكن على كل هذا النقص قد يكون لسنوات عديدة.

If your qualification is not listed, you will need to apply to the NZQA's Qualification Evaluation Service who will assess whether your qualifications are acceptable in New Zealand
